9.0Perfect location and al the amenities that u need. The garage is a very good extra also. From walking distance to the bikepark and the ski lifts.
Good stay ruined by staff
5.0My son and his friend stayed here and said it was a perfect location for the bike park. I had booked it as a gift for his 18th birthday back in March, as he loves biking
− The door to the balcony was broken, I contacted on my son’s behalf to ask for this to be fixed, it didn’t happen. Looking back on previous reviews, this has been ongoing. On their departure, I got a message to say that they had committed all over the sofa and bedding and I needed to pay €300 for a professional clean and to close any bookings for 2 nights. My son and good friend are not big drinkers, they spent all day out booking and would chill out in a night because they were so tired. I FaceTimed him regularly and never saw any issues, they both vehemently deny that they were sick in the apartment or left it in a mess. I asked for photos of proof. The photos they eventually sent me show a different sofa to the one in my son’s apartment and I am now going through a dispute. I was also told I had violated the rules by allowing 2 minors to stay alone, however in Germany, 18 is classed as an adult, same as UK, they have visited other places in Germany without issue. This has ruined the experience for us all. If you stay, make sure you take photos of everything before you leave as proof of how you left it!
