− No pool and no complementary breakfast. Food etc was expensive

− That i came for my daughters 11th bday party she wanted to spend it in the pool i had no idea pool was permanently closed not on website no sign when you walk in it was very inconvenient to pay 200 for a pool party for 5 girls with no pool and 90 degree weather

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay.

− The pool and spa were not available. We were not informed of this until we were checking in. Although the hotel gave you the option of a full refund so you could book at another hotel. It was the weekend of the NFL DRAFT so there were no other options.
