Very central location as a regular visitor to Luz I’ll definitely be returning to stay at the palm bay

Good location - near shops and beach. Nice surprise with bottle of wine and pastel de nata. Nice enclosed garden in which to sit out.

− Although spacious two bedroom apartment very sparse bed linen, ie thin single sheet for double bed, no extra pillows only minimum. Kitchen utensils very sparse and no oven dishes. Hasn’t improved since our stay last year.

Location was good

− Very sad unloved property - needs walls replastering. No duvets provided only duvet covers which were insufficient due to cooling temperatures at night. Bare minimum of kitchen equipment.

The wifi worked well nothing else

− Dirty, poorly maintened both showers were faulty, drawers meant for storage were infested with dead spiders, spiders eggs, dust and webs. All crockery and cutlery had to be washed by us to try and get rid of the smell, cupboards in the kitchen smelled of damp. Decoration was poor throughout with signs of damp. Garden was overgrown. We asked friends who have a property close by to put some essentials into the apartment as we were arriving late, when we arrived at 22.45 we found the agents in the apartment removing all the newly bought groceries as they believed they had been left by a previous tenant, the condition of the apartment would indicate that it had been weeks if not months since anyone had been in the apartment , so the fact there was milk, bread butter all still in date makes this argument difficult to accept.
