Lo amplio y nuevo de la habitación.

− Las atención fue super lenta en recepción. Cerca de 45 minutos desde que llegué al hotel hasta poder entrar a mi habitación. Cuando llegamos había un problema con un cliente y nos pidieron esperar, pero fue demasiado. Para colmo, cuando por fin me dieron la tarjeta para abrir, cuando llegué a mi habitación no habría, lo que me molestó mucho más para volver a bajar. Recomiendo revisar y agilizar su proceso de check in. Veníamos del trabajo ya listos para relajarnos y disfrutar de Cancún y fue frustrante perder casi una hora por temas del hotel.
