A True Sanctuary in the Heart of London
10.0The Sanctuary House Hotel is just that—a sanctuary in the heart of London. Check-in was quick and effortless. While the staff weren’t overly warm and could occasionally come across as a bit curt, the hotel itself more than made up for it. The location is exceptional, just minutes from many of London’s iconic attractions, including Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, St. James’s Park, and Buckingham Palace. It’s also only about a one-minute walk to the St. James’s Park Tube station, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in London. Another feature that really added to the experience was the pub downstairs. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and they also offered a generous menu of freshly prepared hot meals, making it an easy and enjoyable place to eat before or after a day of sightseeing. I would absolutely stay at the Sanctuary House Hotel again if I return to England, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in London.

9.0We were a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but so glad we booked at stayed here. The location is fantastic so close to everything. We were looked after nice friendly staff, the breakfast was simple but perfect, loved the choice of hot option as well. The room was clean, we had 208 and it was quiet. Would definitely stay again.
