− Hay cocodrilos cerca del hotel. La comida estaba horrible, fue la misma comida todos los días, no tienen variedad. Las bebidas no estaban buenas, usan mucho sabor artificial. Las albercas estaban sucias.

Reservations that involve the date December 31 will have to be paid in full no later than December 1 by deposit or transfer. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for adults and children from 7 years old is already included in the total of your reservation. In case of children between 2 and 6 years old, the guest must pay directly at the hotel the amount of 375 MXN for each child for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
