− No room service had to run across street to get clean towels and coffee .swimming pool was clean.

Avoid 2nd floor room with bright lights outside
6.0The hotel and location are fine but I must have been given one of the worst rooms. Outdoor second story lights are shining like sun into my room at night. I can’t sleep. The curtains have a huge gap at the top letting light in. The young employee who checked me into the hotel was unwelcoming. He put me on the second floor and said the stairs were “down that way.” As an eighty-three year old woman I had to hike my suitcase up a twisted rickety metal staircase to get to the second-floor room. I don’t ask people for help, but the failure of the young man to offer to help an elderly woman at night to get to the second floor with a suitcase was inexcusable. I haven’t given up yet. After 2 nights I’m going to ask at the desk in the morning for a different room for my next 2 already paid for nights. It’s midweek -Wednesday-not a crowded weekend so I’m hoping they’ll accommodate me as the hotel seems nice. I just got the wrong room and the wrong employee.
