9.0The property was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and room was huge. Nice balcony good for getting some air.
− Due to the heatwave apartment was hot so maybe just in need of a fan or air con.

− The heat in the building was unreal and no fans were provided despite being advised that each room would have a fan. Raised this with the staff at the time and they had no resolution and were extremely unhelpful. Still.waitijg for the details to make a complaint

− No AC or even a fan on the hottest days. Exceptionally bad instructions to find or enter the apartment.

− Access has too many steps and faced some challenges although they were minor
