− Très sal, canapé lit très inconfortable, malgré plusieurs réclamations le ménage n'a pas été refait, juste ramassage des détritus et comble pour changer des protège matelas très sals on nous en apporte des " propres" puant le tabac Décoration et état de l'appartement : dans son jus ...

The location was fantastic. Ski in ski out was great. We stayed in the quartz block, you can join the slope to plagne bellacote from the third level where there are ski lockers to leave your stuff. The little centre is a 10 minute walk away either up the road, on the snow, or through the car park. If you are lucky, you can get a spot in the lower car park just under the block, which was really useful. Having a small kitchenette was great, hob, microwave and fridge was adequate for the trip and there is a spar shop in the centre. Flat was clean and tidy. Check-in was pretty painless, although it's in a different building, which is worth knowing beforehand.

− We were a family if 4. There was a double bed on a mezzanine and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable for an adult, especially the pull out section. We will book a larger place next time

Reception opening hours are subject to change, and guests are therefore advised to contact the property prior to arrival.

Guests are welcomed at the reception of Résidence Les Gémeaux, located 150 metres before the entrance to the lower covered car park of Belle Plagne.

Reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Guests expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation.

Prices include accommodation, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), TV, bed linen, and basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as all taxes and charges (except tourist tax).
