Location and amenities fabulous. The unit inside, disappointing, needs an overhaul and a big clean.

The location is great.

− The unit needs a good clean. Dust on bedside table, cupboards, inside and out in the kitchen are dirty. For paying the exorbitant price I would expect better cooking utensils not cheap plastic ones. Single doonas covers and doonas are cheap polyester ones that are terrible to sleep in and I wonder if they were clean and fresh for our stay.

Location was fabulous

− We have stayed at this same apartment numerous times now. Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty upon arrival, and we had linen missing. There is a terrible smell of mould in the main bathroom and kitchen sink. The bathroom cabinet is unusable - the shelf is weak and has significant water damage.

− the beds weren’t made. this was extremely frustrating. the last thing I want to do is make up beds for everyone when arriving on holiday

− One would expect the beds to be made upon arrival. The sheets were in a plastic bag inside the front door all beds unmade
