A nice and relaxing environment away from the city
7.0The compound was safe for exercise like running and hiking around the country club. Fresh air with a big lake. Good place to rest and relax. Staff are friendly with good command of English language.
− Breakfast buffet too little choice. Receptionist was slow on checkout and didn't return my credit card upon checkout. Toilet Bowl difficult to flush. No lifts available in the resort. Accessibility to each level by walking and climbing.
It was a wonderful experience. The Property is beautiful and in equally beautiful surroundings.

− While the golf course is extensive and well-tended, the rooms could do with some touch-ups.
We’ve been to this resort many times over 30 years, if I come to Nairobi, I have to stay at the Windsor, beautiful golf
