4.0El hotel en si es una sauna no ponen el aire acondicionado en las plantas de las habitaciones ni en el comedor
− Tienen una discoteca del hotel en la puerta si tu intención es dormir prepárate para los gritos de la gente en la madrugada…
No volvería a coger el buffet

− La comida, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas el buffet era repetitivo y comida en su mayoria mal cocinada y calidad regular. Me decepciono bastante

6.0El personal excepcional , quiero recalcar el papel que hicieron en la noche de ayer ayudándonos a cambiar de habitación por un problema que habia de aire acondicionado de Richi y Rux, siendo súper amables y serviciales
− El aire acondicionado , lamentablemente es lo único negativo pero muy importante teniendo la ola de calor que estamos sufriendo en España y en Levante esta semana especialmente

− Q no había aire acondicionado en todo el hotel con una ola de calor era asfixiante, estabas comiendo y sudando. Comida repetitiva y escasa . Los helados los sacaban ya descongelados. Lo único q se salvaba era la habitación q si había aire . En vez de un hotel de 4 estrellas yo diría q 2 estrellas
