9.0Loved the patio in our room on the 8 th floor
− Perfect location for us
We loved our stay there. Beautiful room. Great location. All the staff were very enjoyable to interact with. They seemed
10.0The room was perfect! A view of Família Sagrada and a terrace was so wonderful.
− The shower was difficult. The water sprayed past the glass divider and got the floor very wet.
Overall, enjoyed the location and a friendly staff would definitely will recommend this hotel.
9.0Location was important near Sagrada Familia and around stores and Las Ramblas. Also the staff at Eurostars Monumental was friendly and helpful when checking in and checking out.
− I did not like the shower setup it was hard to figure out how to turn on the shower head and a half shower door splatters water all over the floor. The shower head should have instructions near knobs, so you are not hit with cold water.

8.0L'environnement
− La vue depuis la chambre
