El trato del personal, la ubicación y el buffet.

− ¡¡CUCARACHAS EN LAS HABITACIONES !! 😰😰 La primera noche a las 2 de la mañana nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque había bastantes cucarachas, tanto en el baño como por las paredes y las mesas. Al día siguiente pretendían darnos la misma habitación diciéndonos “ahora cuando echen el spray anti insectos podéis entrar” y tras negarnos en rotundo, nos dejaron en la habitación nueva. El resto de noches seguían apareciendo en el cuarto, cucarachas grandes y pequeñas, daba igual. Era desesperante… y es un tema MUY SERIO! (En las fotos salen algunas pequeñas, pero a veces nos rodeaban las grandes con alas) Aparecían por las zonas comunes también… El agua de la piscina estaba turbia; y esto, aunque no somos muy exigentes, qué menos que esté limpia y transparente en un hotel de tales características. La piscina tiene 4 duchas y 3 no funcionan. El aire acondicionado había que apagarlo del cuadro de luces porque no funcionaba el termostato. Más allá de eso, lo peor que vivimos fue el tema de cucarachas y limpieza de las habitaciones. Que se planteen fumigar todo el hotel porque con un spray insecticida es imposible acabar con ellas. Está todo infestado! Está todo orientado para ingleses, el horario de la cena acaba a las 21.30 y si pasas la tarde en la playa y luego te duchas con calma, ya no llegas a cenar. Pese a todo, hay que destacar la atención excepcional de 10 del personal, tanto los cocineros y camareros, como los de recepción.

− El personal de recepción fue muy antipatico y no nos ayudo nada cuando pedimos ayuda para saber donde se podia aparcar, la respuesta fue , no se no conducimos, sobre todo el señor de recepción de la tarde. No hay aparcamiento en el hotel. El ginmasio y el comedor están en un sótona, q huele a fecales. En concreto el ginmasio estana sucio, olia mal, el material muy viejo y escaso, no pudimos ir pq era desagradable y claustrofóbico. La terraza de la habitacion tiene un muro q si te sientas a descansar em una silla ñas vistas son solo el muro. En el bloque uno junto a las habitaciones están los aparatos de aire acondicionado q no paran de sonar en toda la noche , un ruido ensordecedor. Pedimos si nos podían dar algo de fruta pq nos ibamos antes de la hora del desayuno q teniamos pagado y nos diheron q no, q no nos daban nada. El primer dia q llegamos bajamos a cenar a las 20.30 pq el horario de la cena era hasta las 2q.30 y no habian nada de comida, no reponian, el resto de días tuvimos q cenar a las 19.00 para q hubiera comida. La alcachofa de la ducha no se sujetaba, y casi no salía agua. Todo muy decepcionante.
