− Nous avions l’habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel mais cette fois ci j’ai trouvé le matelas de mauvaise qualité et le tapis était vraiment très sale et usé

− Vreselijke gebrek aan hygiene Lakens + dekbedovertrek waren vies en werden niet schoongemaakt op verzoek. Mijn werkgever verzocht een factuur die werd aangevraagd namens de gasten, die ze niet konden samenstellen.
