1.0− This was incredibly disappointing. The room smelled, although the bed comforter was pretty. The sink was dirty and stained and the bathroom had poor lighting. The front desk staff was indifferent to us. There were all kinds of "rules" posted on the window of the front desk. We checked in, went to the room, used the restroom, and immediately left and booked a different hotel. We didn't feel safe or comfortable. We were in town for a concert at Hershey Park Stadium and ended up getting closer to Hershey park. We opted to pay the price of the room that was triple what our concert tickets cost us in order to avoid staying at this hotel.
