I was very disappointed and will probably never stay at a Best Western again!
3.0Air conditioning
− Bathtub was rusty, killed 2 bugs(roaches), no water when I arrived, no hot water the next morning, very noisy

− No towels broken down bed. Roaches were bad. Handicap room with a tall bath tub. My 91 y/o mother could not get in. When we asked for towels the first night they said they were out.

5.0Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. Location so good.
− Could not get cold water in the shower. Elevator was pretty old and a little uncomfortable.

10.0They we're very pleasant. Gave our Grandbaby free Skittles for her birthday. Great rooms, luggage carts, great pool, great breakfast and noon check out. Will definitely be back! ❤️
