J’ai réservé avec petit déjeuner inclus mais il est en réalité en supplément ! Il faut contacter l’établissement si on arrive avant 18h mais il n’y a pas de numéro, juste un serveur de messagerie, ça prend 45 min ! Je ne reviendrai plus. Extrêmement déçu.

Nous avons été confrontés à 2 difficultés: - la réception n'était pas ouverte à l'heure précisée dans la réservation. Notre clé de chambre (par ailleurs non activée sur la bonne chambre) était déposée dans une boîte à clé dont nous n'avons pas reçu le code. Un certain stress à l'arrivée donc... mais l'auberge attenante mais depuis peu indépendante de l'hôtel a su heureusement nous dépanner. - le prix de deux petits déjeuners était compris dans la prestation d'hébergement affichée par Hotels.com et que nous avons réglée à Hôtels.com. Sur place, ce n'était plus le cas et nous avons dû "repayer" un petit déjeuner. Nous avons trouvé le procédé peu loyal et... assez inhabituel. Qui est responsable de cette anomalie ? Nous ne recommanderons évidemment pas cet hébergement. Pour autant nous accordons 5 étoiles au Restaurant de Duillier, aujourd'hui indépendant de l'Hôtel ( ce que l'on n'a pas de mal à comprendre !) et qui offre une prestation remarquable : Bravo au chef et à ses équipes!

False advertising… there was no free breakfast. They are no longer associated with the restaurant… yet the pictures imply they are associated. There is no one operating the desk off hours. Make sure you read your French arrival instructions ahead of time. Our room was above the noisy restaurant which was open till 11 and no air conditioning so you have to keep your windows open.

Chambre 104 ultra-minimaliste (mais propre), sans même une table ou une chaise. Un lit et un canapé inutile, et c'est tout. Impossible d'utiliser mon ordinateur portable. Très décu. Petit déjeuner soit-disant compris dans l'offre d'Hotels.com, mais facturé en plus en réalité.
