Готель розташовано в історичному центрі, що є зручно для вечірніх прогулянок, гарний вид з вікна на оперний театр, персонал доброзичливий, гарно прибиралися в номері. Сніданок мав великий вибір страв

− Враховуючи місцерозташування вночі було достатньо гучно, зранку прибирання вулиць також доставляло незручності. Втомлений житлофонд (плитка в ванній кімнаті з тріщиною, раковина умивальника протікала). Для мене, була незручна подушка.
