6.0Location to what we had planned. Breakfast buffet had several options.
− Not all staff was friendly or attentive. It's a fairly big hotel, we were close to the end, and the elevator closest to us was down so every time we left the room it was a trek.

10.0We had a great stay as a family! Our suite was much bigger than I had expected, and everything was very clean. All of the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. My husband and I both commented on how we felt that they went above and beyond to make our experience good. The breakfast was good, and the location was really convenient- 25 minutes to Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island and less than 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. We will definitely stay here again!
− Our stay was $20 more than originally quoted, and I think it’s because of a $10 parking fee per day that was not disclosed.
