10.0Have stayed here a few times, staff are always friendly and welcoming, the breakfast selection is good and varied. This time I was put into an adjoining room that were quite noisy, I went and asked to move rooms and was accommodated very quickly and without any concern, so I was very pleased with the service!
Very clean and comfortable stay.

Q-Park is 3 minutes' walk away on Charles Street, CR0 1TR, and offers preferential parking rates to guests. Please drive to the hotel where you can check-in and leave your luggage before moving your vehicle. The fee for the car park is reduced rate of £15 per 24 hours.
