My Experience during my stay
10.0The Receptions were neat and cordial, the room was neat and the housekeepers were deligent. The only improvement is on the room service, there were delays and you have to call several times

10.0Good food and welcoming staff from the reception to the house keeping staff. Notable staff are all the reception/kitchen staff and a few of the house keeping staff like Jane and Esther. Would 100% recommended
Mind blowing
10.0Had a cool experience there most especially the RESTAURANT. I was well attended to by a staff there by name UCHE who helped me throughout my short stay whenever I come to the restaurant or place an order from the room.
Worn out
6.0Check in was very slow. 20 min to check me in. Resturant also slow. 1 hour to bring 1 pizza. Frendly staff. Rooms are worn out
Novotel Port Harcourt is an excellent hotel.
10.0I have known and used Novotel for over 20 years. It is a good hotel. For about 10 years I had not visited Port Harcourt. So it was a surprise when business forced me to stay over in Novotel due to flight cancellations. I was happy I did. It was such a wonderful experience at the restaurant the evening I came. The staff at the restaurant was particularly courteous. She demonstrated professionalism and was keen on making my stay enjoyable. Given the situation we have in Nigeria where staff don’t take their jobs seriously, I was amazed how this was an exception. She was ready to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. I had no choice than to enquire of her name and background. Her name is Victoria Edoziem with degree in Business Administration. She clearly demonstrated she knew her job. Having traveled globally, I can know staff that is an asset to an organization. Clearly Victoria Edoziem is an asset to Novotel Port Harcourt. Because of her, I am ready to give Novotel 5 star.
