Great stay
10.0The staff was great, there was always someone at the front desk. They were able to recommend restaurants and activities in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious there were lots of options and they had great coffee.

I'll stay there again
8.0I stayed there for 10 days. Very comfortable and they were able to keep me in the same room, although I was originally booked into a different room for the first 5 days. My only complaint is that housekeeping skipped my room the day I removed the "Sleeping" tag from the door. However, the front desk brought me fresh towels within 15 minutes of me notifying them.

10.0I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn in Great Barrington, MA. From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and my room was spotless. The complimentary breakfast had delicious selections that I enjoyed. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

10.0The staff is so friendly and accommodating I love going to this hotel the rooms are very clean tho the water pressure in the showers could be a bit stronger I think that’s the only complaint I have every day the staff is so welcoming and actually have conversations with you I’d definitely recommend this hotel location to everyone in the future

10.0We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the amenities were clean and well cared for, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The included breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety. I'd absolutely stay here again.
