5.0Персонал вежливый. Не далеко от Таксима. Есть стиралка. Чистая ванная, хотя очень маленькая. Это единственное что понравилось.
− Шумно. Даже ночью слышны голоса соседей, сверху соседи ходят и очень это мешает тому кто спит. Ужасно маленькая квартира. Цена и качество соответствует, если только на пару дней. Мы брали на 5 дней. Жутко маленькая. Фотографии хорошенько приукрашены. Стены очень тонкие, настолько что слышно каждый разговор соседей во дворе. Вайфай не работал все дни нашего приезда только перед выездом стал работать.

6.0There was a separate bedroom and living room area, which made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was also included.
− There was no proper insulation on the windows, so we could hear a lot of street noise and feel the wind coming in. The staircase and entrance hallway were also very narrow. There was water damage on the living room ceiling above the kitchen area, and the entire apartment felt uneven and slanted.

5.0✅ Плюсы Персонал: очень отзывчивый, быстро реагирует на все просьбы и истории. Расположение: крайне удачное, близко к центру. Можно гулять пешком каждый день, сама улица очень красивая. Помощь с багажом: несмотря на отсутствие лифта, сотрудники помогают поднять вещи на этаж.
− ❌ Минусы Техническое состояние: апартаменты однозначно требуют ремонта. При заезде не работал туалет, что после дороги было просто жутко. Его чинили несколько раз за время отдыха. Оснащение кухни: за кухонным инвентарем никто не следит. Нет базового набора для готовки, многие вещи приходилось просить (из-за сложностей перевода получили не всё). Отсутствие рабочего места: если вы планируете работать за компьютером, учитывайте, что удобного места для этого нет. Мебель и визуал: диван продавленный, визуально интерьер сильно испортился по сравнению с прошлым визитом.

8.0We liked the balcony and that it is close to the weekly market, close to Taksim and bus stop. Staff were all brilliant. I liked the weekly cleaning service.
− Quite small. There is no oven, also no much cutlery and crockery. The neighbours at the back were very rough, shouting every night until 1am.

5.0Трое взрослых,отдых плюс деловая поездка,20 дней.Мы совершенно неприхотливые,чисто,кухня со всем необходимым,душ и пр.Конечно,многое требует ремонта или замены.Магазины,транспорт рядом.
− Очень шумно.И дело не в шуме от транспорта под окном(мы живём рядом с оживлённым шоссе и привыкли),окна второй комнаты выходили на другую улицу,там местные жители начинали гонять на мотоцикле после 23.00,очень громко разговаривать.
