Le logement est calme et propre

− La porte donnant accès au jardin ne s'ouvre pas correctement, et il fait extrêmement chaud dans le logement. De plus, le logement est très mal isolé, ce qui accentue la chaleur. Il est difficile d'obtenir la facture.

L'emplacement à proximité de la plage

− Aucune climatisation ni ventilateur n'était mis à disposition, alors qu'il faisait jusqu'à 38 °C à l'extérieur. Le logement était beaucoup trop chaud pour pouvoir y séjourner avec des enfants et deux chiens. Nous avons même dû écourter notre séjour, car l'un de nos enfants ainsi que l'un de nos chiens ont fait un malaise en raison de la chaleur, qui était insupportable de jour comme de nuit. Il était en outre impossible de rafraîchir correctement le logement, faute d'une ventilation efficace. En plus d'être quasiment inhabitable à cause de la chaleur, le logement était en très mauvais état : carrelage cassé, murs et portes abîmés, portes qui ferment mal… Le logement était également envahi d'insectes et ne disposait d'aucune moustiquaire. Enfin, la piscine ne comportait pas suffisamment de parasols pour accueillir tous les vacanciers, ce qui rendait son utilisation difficile en pleine chaleur. Au vu du prix demandé, nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cette expérience et ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Please note that the Le Moulin reception is open all year round. Reception opening hours are daily from 08:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. It is possible to arrive after 19:00, but guests must contact the residence in advance to arrange the late arrival procedure.

The price includes bed linen, towels, one dish towel, one bath mat, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices, charges and taxes (except the city tax and application fee), as well as access to the pool areas. End-of-stay cleaning is included except for the kitchen area and dishes.

After booking, guests may request to reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost.

For any invoice request, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
