Great Stay and Great Location in Downtown Santa Barbara.
10.0Great hotel. I probably stay here every couple of years and the location can’t be beat. I feel like this hotel is reasonably priced relative to where we typically stay (they were purchased by private equity and raised their all-in rate by 40%. We stayed in the newer luxury building right on State street, but our room was off State so it was quiet. Parking was conveniently located on the ground floor (paid). We’ll be back.

Wonderful property close to beach
10.0We spent 2 nights at this wonderful little property. The staff had a great sense of hospitality and were very welcoming. We loved having access to the beach cruisers and the beach equipment. We cycled to Butterfly Beach and it was beautiful. The lobby has quality complementary snacks, teas and fruit which was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to property for our future trips to Santa Barbara.
What a lovely stay at the Harbor House Inn!
10.0I booked a last minute stay at the Harbor House Inn for my little solo trip to Santa Barbara, and I’m so glad I did! The property was so clean and was within walking distance to the beach and shops. It’s not quite in the busy areas so it’s perfect if you want somewhere that’s peaceful and quiet. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and friendly which is a huge plus! I’m definitely going to be staying here again next time.
