10.0El personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza, muy agradables y resolvían todas las dudas al instante. Debido a la gran afluencia, nos hicieron abonar el importe de la primera noche por adelantado, pero lo compensaron ofreciéndonos una habitación de calidad superior, por las molestias.

The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person who will be staying at the establishment. In case of reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed and a copy of the credit card and the identity card of the cardholder must be presented.
The hotel check all credit cards in order to know if they are valids or not. The system charges 30€ and refund immediatley.
