− Il y a des punaises de lits dans le logement. Notre fille a été piquée à de nombreux endroits. Nous devons maintenant suivre un protocole très contraignant pour notre retour chez nous et notre fille doit prendre des médicaments anti-démangeaison. Impossible d'avoir une vraie personne au service client booking par téléphone, juste une IA incapable de retrouver notre réservation.

Bel endroit mais résidence vétuste.

L’emplacement est agréable et le personnel est très sympathique. Parking à proximité (12€ par jour)

− La résidence manque d’entretien. Les équipements sont vétustes. Il faisait très chaud, pas de Clim et les volets étant cassés, impossible de garder une température passable dans l’appartement.

La ubicación

− La habitacion no es funcional y el apartamento está en mal estado, siendo incluso peligroso. Una decepción absoluta por falta de mantenimiento nímino y relación calidad precio... es una estafa...al ver las fotos parece otra cosa. Una cama enorme que no te permite llegar al armario, un sofa cama roto y ruidoso que no te deja dormir, baldosas sueltas en la terraza con las que te puedes cortar, cristal del balcón roto, humedades, excrementos de pájaro por toda la barandilla del balcón al llegar. Una tele miníscula que se veía mal y torcida desde el sofá. La puerta del apartamento también parcialmente rota. Juntas de la terraza rotas y sueltas...también peligroso. Ninguna seguridad. La puerta del hotel estaba siempre abierta, en la piscina entra cualquiera a ducharse y bañarse...y seguro que me estoy dejando algo más. Nada más llegar pedí cambiar de habitación, me dijero que no sin dar explicaciones. A la mañana siguiente quisieron entrar en la habitación a las 9h sin previo aviso ( estabamos dormidos) dijeron que volvierían más tarde y todavía estamos esperando.
