1.0− I was charged for the room at check in, but I already paid for the room when I booked it through booking.com. When I pointed out the mistake the girl had to ask a co worker for help. The co-worker was snippy to me. She also yelled at the girl who made the mistake in front of me and gave me a hard time about wanting a printed receipt. She continually said it would be emailed. It was easier for me to show her the mistake if the receipt was printed. After all was said and done she told me it would take time for it to drop off my credit card statement. It only took 3 minutes to charge it, but it has been 4 days and it is still on my statement as a charge. I won't recommend you to any friends for fear they will get ripped off and treated poorly!
Again the staff was great and beds were very comfortable

− Not a complaint but compared to the entire hotel’s accommodations the shower could use an upgrade.
