Clean rooms, great amenities, uncoordinated staff

The room was clean and comfortable and had a view of the putting green. There is security for the parking lot and the grounds.

− It took a long time to check-in because the new reception staff thought I was with another guest that was currently being helped. No one even asked me if I was trying to check in and the receptionists did not communicate with each other that I was a different party.
