− 戶外環境確實很好，整體空間適合放鬆，餐廳的餐點也不錯，健身房及球場雖然設備普通，但維護狀況尚可。 然而，這次入住三晚的經驗，卻因為錢包遺失事件，以及飯店後續消極的處理方式，讓我對這間度假村徹底改觀。 7月11日晚上，我最後一次在 Main Bar 看見自己的褐色錢包。飯店後來協助查看監視器，也確認畫面中我有將錢包放回包包裡。由於這三天我們幾乎都待在度假村內，沒有前往其他地方，但從7月12日早上開始，我翻遍房間、行李箱及所有包包，錢包仍然不翼而飛。 錢包裡約有7,000泰銖、多張信用卡及身分證件。 我在7月12日早上發現錢包不見後，立刻向櫃檯反映。櫃檯表示會協助調查及查看監視器；下午我再次致電詢問，又被告知可能要等到晚上10點左右才會查看，之後會再打電話通知我。 然而，直到隔天早上準備退房，飯店都沒有主動聯絡。是我再次前往櫃檯詢問，才得到一句「沒有找到」。 從發現錢包不見到退房，飯店沒有即時說明調查進度，也沒有積極協助我處理後續。等到確認沒有結果時，錢包遺失已經接近第三天，我的行程也即將結束，已經很難再前往報警或進一步追查。 我無法確認錢包究竟是在房間內遺失、遭人取走，還是發生了其他狀況；但真正令人失望的，是飯店面對住客的重要財物遺失，處理速度緩慢、承諾回覆後卻沒有主動聯絡，也沒有讓住客感受到應有的重視。 此外，我自行攜帶的吹風機在住宿期間也出現摔撞痕跡，其中一個蓋子零件不見。我很確定入住時零件仍然完整，因此同樣讓人感到不安。 這裡的戶外環境、餐飲，以及多數工作人員與住客給人的印象都不差。沒有遇到事情時，或許會覺得一切都很好；但真正發生問題後，才看得出飯店處理事件的能力與態度。 最後我只能為了不讓整趟旅程完全被破壞，選擇自行承擔損失。然而，回台灣後還要停卡、補辦信用卡及身分證件，造成的困擾遠遠不只是7,000泰銖。 環境再漂亮，都無法彌補住客在財物安全及事件處理上失去的信任。很遺憾，這次的經驗讓我無法推薦這間度假村。

A fantastic, peaceful resort with beautiful, well-maintained gardens and a breathtaking beach. Attentive service and an incredible selection of dishes that leave nothing to be desired. The pool villas are secluded and idyllic. Even though the furnishings are a bit dated, we felt very comfortable there. The breakfast restaurant on the terrace is a dream. Minor issues were resolved quickly and professionally. We really enjoyed the complimentary massage and late checkout. Thank you very much
