8.0Location was good, i could reach it by Metro from the airport; room and bed were very comfortable too.The kitchinette was well equipped, big frigidaire (that for me is important).
− That i asked the guy at the reception if i could leave one piece of baggage at the hotel -given that i would come back one week later or so and needed to spend 4 more nights before my departure to my country. He said it was not possible at all. Fortunately i found another apart-hotel, where they were so kind as to keep this piece of baggage for me until i came and spent those nights at that other hotel. I think it s not an intelligent position to loose a client that certainly would spend more nights there, at least a consult to the manager could have been done...... but they left me no choice but to look for another place..... the most remarkable thing was that, as i was leaving, i told breafly to a young woman aT the reception (the 1st time i saW her) my discomfort for this, aND she said what a pity i had not told her ......(like meaning she could have managed to allow me to leave a piece of baggage until i came back). With this precedent, i would not come back to this place, i am a person who travels with plenty of baggage, and i always would be in the same situation..... it s a pity they are so closed........at least the man who received me, who gave me no chance but to look for other hotel...

1.0− Personal poco atento, pedí si tenían un mapa y me dijeron que no, mirándome como si estuviera pidiendo algo raro. Les pedí devolución de tasas de la ciudad porque enfermé y salí antes de la estancia. Su respuesta fue decirme que les escribiera y luego me ignoraron los mensajes.
