Super nice location for a decent apartment
8.0The apartment was comfortable, the staff was very kind. The location is super. Near to metro, and to many nice restaurants
− The cleaning could be improved, but overall acceptable. The laundry room is really old fashioned and not well functioning. Only two washing machines of 6 kg and one drier for the full hotel. Plus they were kind of old and could not select different programs.

− Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt leider sehr enttäuscht und können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekamen jedoch zwei Einzelbetten, die ständig auseinandergerutscht sind und sich bewegt haben. Auf unsere Bitte, das Zimmer zu wechseln oder uns ein Zimmer mit einem richtigen Doppelbett zu geben, wurde uns lediglich gesagt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und man nichts machen könne. Der Umgang des Personals mit unserer berechtigten Beschwerde war sehr unprofessionell. Statt nach einer Lösung zu suchen, wurde mit uns diskutiert. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach den Namen der Mitarbeiter, um eine Beschwerde einzureichen, wurde dies verweigert. Ein junger Vorgesetzter drehte uns schließlich den Rücken zu, murmelte „merde“ und ließ uns einfach stehen. Als wir wenigstens um einen kleinen Preisnachlass oder eine Ermäßigung für die Garage als Entschädigung baten, wurde dies ebenfalls abgelehnt. Er wurde laut, ging einfach weg und ließ uns ohne weitere Hilfe zurück. Auch das Zimmer selbst entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Möbel waren sehr alt, alles wirkte abgewohnt und wenig komfortabel. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Für eine Reise nach Paris hatten wir uns deutlich mehr erhofft. Leider war dies eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

9.0Camera molto ampia e dotata di tutti i servizi, ottima. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Parlano italiano .Posizione comoda, vici o alla metro Porte de Versailles. Ci siamo trovati molto bene
