4.0Overall I found staying here was a poor experience. The check in took 45 mins. Service was incredibly slow everywhere. To get my security deposit released has so far taken weeks AND I am still waiting. The property stated that this would be released within 7 days, but that did not happen. Weeks later I am still waiting. Virtually all of my emails to this hotel were just ignored. When they bother to reply I just got the predictable lazy deflective templated replies you would expect from a low grade company that did nothing to resolve the issue and has a very low regard for customers. From my experience I think this place falls a very long way below a good level of service.

10.0Agréable surprise en arrivant avec les fleurs sur le lit et dans la sdb. Le studio etait tres spacieux. Le oerdonnel tres Agréable en dehors d'un monsueur a l'accueil le saledi soir tres suffisant face aux clients sa collegue a rattrapé son attitude.
