− حجزت عن طريق بوكينج الشريك لي في حجوزات سفرياتي في فندق هوليداي فيلا حائل جناح جونيور اطلاله جبل ا. حديقة او مدينة وبمبلغ عالي وللاسف لما وصلت واستلمت وجدت انه لا اهتمام من جانب الفندق بتسليمي الحجز المتفق عليه وسلموني غرفتين مشتركة بباب فاصل غرفة و الثانيه صاله بكنب ومطله على الفناء الداخلي اللوبي وللاسف كلمت الاستقبال والمدير للتغيير وتسليمي الجناح الموجود مواصفاته في الحجز وفيه اريكة سريروفيه امكانية الدخول الى الصالة التنفيذيه عبارة عن لاونج في الطابق السادس ولا حياة لمن تنادي ولم ينفذ الطلب طوال اقامتي ولم يتم تعويضي عن الفرق في المبلغ المدفوع
