6.0Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional.

4.0Terrible check in experience. Staff uninformed and unwilling to provide accurate information. Cans of paint left on kitchen counter on arrival. Completely inaccurate descriptions of amenities. Rundown and dated.

8.0The townhome was nice. Unfortunately the shuttle service was not available for the townhouses which was very inconvenient.

4.0I’m one that never leaves a bad review but this property needs a total make over. The unit was not only outdated but the musty smell was overwhelming.

10.0The townhome we stayed in was very nicely appointed as well as clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that for the price we paid, I was expecting to be able to easily walk to the lifts.
