8.0Merci au personnel qui a su réagir à la panne complète de climatisation de l'établissement entrainant l'annulation de la réservation. Une solution de remplacement nous a été proposée. Merci pour leur gentillesse, leur efficacité et donc pour la réussite de notre séjour. Excellent petit-déjeuner.

9.0Am Tag unserer Ankunft war die Klimaanlage im Haus ausgefallen und konnte nicht wieder zeitnah instand gesetzt werden. Bei schwülen 28 Grad Außentemperatur Ende Mai ein worst-case-szenario für ein Hotel in Venedig. Ein adäquates 4-Sterne-Ausweichquartier in Lauflage (70m) konnte für 2 Nächte aushelfen, die 3. Nacht verbrachten wir dann in einem Appartement des DD724-Hauses in einem Nachbarhaus (100 m Entfernung) in gewohntem DD-Ambiente. Frühstück dann im Haupthaus mit super persönlichem Service. Alice kümmerte sich auch persönlich um einen pünktlichen Taxi-Transfer zum Airport-Marco-Polo. An diesem Tag legte ein Streik der Transportunternehmen auch die öffentlichen Wassertransporteweitgehend alles lahm. Die unglücklichen Gesamt-Umstände wurden von dem persönlichen Einsatz des DD-Teams geheilt!

9.0חדר בעיצוב מודרני ונעים מאד מאד. מיקום מעולה. קרוב לשתי תחנות של אוטובוס מים, וגם גישה נוחה עם מונית. כל צוות המלון מאד ידידותי ועוזר מעל הרגיל
