10.0Very clean nice hotel in an excellent location close to everything. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful patio balcony. It was so quiet and peaceful on the patio balcony late at night. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good and started nice and early so we could enjoy before our flight out.

8.0Het hotel ligt in de wijk Alfama, wat een prima uitvalsbasis is in de stad te bezoeken. De taxi kon helaas niet tot voor de deur komen, dus we moesten wel een stukje met de bagage lopen over de hobbelige straat, die ook nog omhoog liep. Het hotel ziet er op de foto mooier uit dan in de werkelijkheid, maar de kamer was prima en heel schoon. Het ontbijt simpel maar in principe was er alles.
− Je moet er wel rekening mee houden dat het hotel op een hoger gelegen deel van de stad ligt en je dus veel steile straatjes en trappetjes op en af moet. Een beetje goede conditie is wel fijn!

10.0Ein schönes Hotel, obwohl es bereits in die Jahre gekommen ist. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick ist außergewöhnlich schön. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und es gibt sogar frisches, kleingeschnittenes Obst!👍 Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf insgesamt 4 Autos beschränkt und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. 😡 Wir waren mit einem Leihwagen dort und mussten beim Checkout feststellen, dass dieser vom Hotelpersonal umgeparkt wurde. Besser das Parkhaus in der Nähe nutzen - das kostet das gleiche.

9.0Schöne Lage. Grosses Zimmer mit Terasse und Aussicht. Parking auch ohne Reservation in Garage sofort verfügbar. Schnelle Hilfe für Auto-Zufahrt mit restricted Entrance mit Code.
