8.0We were upgraded to a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed it very much. The morning staff for breakfast was not attentive to serving the gas. The vents and air ducts in the rooms needed cleaning. All in all we had a wonderful time.
Hotel isn’t well maintained
2.0We booked for 3 night and left the very next day. The place was not kept well. Rooms smelled moldy, the air was just heavy to breath inside the rooms. Felt very unsafe to stay there

2.0I didn’t like because I have been in many resort they put water and drink in the fridge you guy don’t put any water in my room . You guy need to improve that how can you tell me you can no put water in the room when I paid everything including. I was not satisfied and I don’t think I will go back until everything be better . The cleaning person only put towels the day I got there next day didn’t give me clean towels very bad experience. I thought You guy were better than punta cana.
