Thanks to the staff and comfortable rooms; a pleasant stay: don't bank on parking your car safely!!
5.0Staff were fantastic. Clean and comfortable (once we'd been moved from poorly prepped suite) and well serviced.
− 1. Absolutely appalling parking arrangements: not enough parking spaces for suites with instruction to "park in the street." Apartment parking so narrow wing mirrors have to be folded to park beside other cars. 2. Suite had flooded fridge and bed missing one leg on arrival.

10.0Huge apartment. Room is clean and nice. Toilet is huge. Washing machine and dryer provided is nice as the laundromat is quite expensive in Queenstown.
− A little far from CBD. Carpark access can be a little far from the room.
