Perfect location, hotel & service itself was okay, nothing special
7.0Location is perfect, for a 3 night stay we were able to walk everywhere and do lots of shopping and eating in the surrounding area.
− Rooms are outdated and could be cleaner. There was lots of short hair in the bathroom when we checked in and also hotel staff could friendlier, the only “hello” we heard was during check in. For the rest of the stay guests were ignored, no hello, no good morning, nothing. Found that a bit odd for the hospitality industry.
Room with a view xx
10.0EVERYTHING. The location was brilliant for ALL the transport options to explore Lisbon. The Hotel is a stunning building . Breakfast was deeeeelicious. Our studio apartment room was brilliant . Thank you to ALL at VIP Eden XX
− NOTHING to dislike .
7.0Locatie is fantastisch! Centraal overal dichtbij. Metro en bus voor de deur. Uitzicht dakterras is schitterend. Kamer is schoon.
Very helpful staff, superb location.
8.0Fantastic location
− Breakfast room was very small
Pensalo bien
