10.0Away from all of the busy streets yet close enough to walk to the square. Lorenzo was amazing! Parviv too! Would highly recommend

Luxurious comfort on a quiet canal makes this a great spot
9.0Absolutely the comfiest bed- I slept better than ever in the dense cloud of a mattress, silky soft linens and deep quiet. The bathroom was also fantastic with amazing water pressure, 3 different shower settings, and good amenities. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There was a lovely basket of fruit awaiting me in my room at check in. Breakfast was a good deal with plenty of choices. I always stay in Cannaregio- it has everything you need without the hoards of tourists, but still close enough to experience this magical city by foot or boat.
− Due to the film festival, it was rather expensive this week. The rugs in the hallways to the rooms on the ground floor could be replaced- they’re very worn. And some art? These halls are a little sad. There are a lot of rooms on the ground floor with no views- but who needs to spend time in your hotel room while in Venice?

10.0Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral. Das Personal ist besonders zuvorkommend. Meiner Frau wurde zum Geburtstag gratuliert und im Zimmer war ein Obstkorb und eine Flasche Posecco.
