− Room smelled, there was no cold water when using the sink.
Good, just needs a few simple things for guests.
8.0Clean. And nice warm pool. Quite at night. Soft Music for night around bonfire. Nice touch.
− Should of had Coffee on at 7am. In office. Should have free ice machine. Some want a couple of scoops not a whole bag for $3. No where to put it. Ice machine would be better. Having ice bags for sale is good for people with a cooler but not who only needs a scoop. Should have a comfortable chair in room. A few more chairs on beach area.

7.0Beautiful location and a nice pet friendly place. We had deer visiting in the morning and evening. A fun time kayaking on the lake and the kids really enjoyed the pools.
− It is a little dated but had everything we needed.

− My thing with most places is please invest in better towels. They advertise as pet friendly but every place is off limits to pets.
Spacious, Peaceful, and Perfect for Families
10.0We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Bay Resort & Suites. The lake view was absolutely beautiful, and having free access to the kayaks made the experience even more special. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two large bathrooms, which was perfect for our family. The resort was peaceful, relaxing, and a great place to enjoy some quality time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
