− Aunque fuera de los primeros en llegar para reservar en los restaurants para la cena, ya no alcanzaba lugar, y que los dos últimos días fallaba mucho la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación.

7.0La alberca para adultos, la variedad de alimentos que había en los buffet y la playa del hotel.
− El tiempo de espera para hacer el check in fue de más de una hora y todavía tuvimos que esperar otra hora para que nos dieran nuestra habitación. El servicio en las barras de bebidas fue malo, sobre todo el bartender del bar del Lobby te ignora y hace de mala gana los pedidos. Estuvimos 3 noches y solo tuvimos derecho a 1 reserva de restaurant, reserva para la cual tuvimos que hacer 1 hora de fila.
Uma boa estadia para família, e que não quer ficar num hotel muito grande.
9.0Localização excelente, conforto, qualidade da alimentação. Entrega o que promete, para um hotel intermediário em Cancún.
− Relação custo x benefício (preço da diária) é alta, se comparado com outros hotéis da região.

− מלוכלך רצפה דביקה ביקשנו שינקו אמרו שינקו עדיין נשאר מלוכלך חדר אוכל פצפון אוכל יבש לא טעים בכלל וה״אלכוהול״ חרטה הכי גדולה מיץ פטל וממש יקר לעומת מה שקיבלנו שילמתי על הלילה הזה ובפועל הלכתי לישון במלון אחר בסוף אצל חברים שלהם היה פי אלף מהמלון הזה וגם השם של המלון הזה יש עוד איזה 3 מלונות עם אותו השם והכתובת באובר מבלבלת לוקחת לכתובת אחרת בכלל כל פעם טועים בזה

− Probleme de climatisation veillissante, réglée partiellement au bout de 3h après de multiples relances.
