− Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen(Armaturen). Im Erdgeschoss und 1. OG des einen Gästehauses rechts vom Eingang: man hört und spürt den Lärm/Vibration des Generators, der immermal anspringt.

− החסרון הכי גדול שזה לא מלון מיועד לילדים- המועדון ילדים נסגר בשעה 13:30 והנשות צוות לא נחמדות ולא משחקות עם הילדים. הזמנו וילה חדר של 250 מ״ר במקרה הטוב החדר היה 50 מ״ר ועוד חצר קטנה. לא מתקרב ל250 מ״ר. לא היה מקום בבריכות מבוגרים, מעט מאוד מיטות. מתקנים ישנים מאוד ונדרשת תחזוקה למלון, ניכר שהכל ישן
