Minor issues by no means affected our overall enjoyment of this lovely property.
9.0Quiet location, very clean, garden bench in enclosed garden. Good quality bed linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Modern bathroom fittings with over bath shower. Small comfortable living area with 2 leather sofas. Comfortable stay for 5 nights.
− Mixed reviews in beds so personal taste may apply. I personally found the bed I used rather hard. One bath towel and one hand towel each wasn't enough for 5 nights- used the washing and the excellent weather conditions meant they dried quickly. The very warm weather meant that the quilt was far too warm and top sheets would therefore have been very welcome.

10.0The cottage was bright exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ian was a great host. It was ideally located to the town and beach. Surroundings quiet. Will definitely recommend and will go back.
Despite minor grumbles it is a fabulous cottage ideally situated to explore Saltburn and the area.
10.0The hosts were very helpful with sending information beforehand. The cottage was very clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for walking into town and along the coast on the Cleveland Way and beyond. There were many restaurants and places to eat and drink only a short walk away as well as the Saturday market which was wonderful.
− The sofas were slightly uncomfortable and there is no towel drier in the bathroom or a working fan.
Lovely cottage
10.0Great location for everything Saltburn has to offer, plus comfortable and good quality. All was provided at the cottage that was needed. We would stay again in the future.

Lovely property in a very nice part of town. Short walk to town snd the pier.
8.0− The storage heaters were not very hot so the living room was quite cold. The fan heater was noisy if you wanted to watch tv.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
