7.0it was okay for continental breakfast. Should have individual cartons of milk like whole, 2%, and skim.

4.0The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with whatever I needed at anytime
− The room I stayed in with my kids it had a really extra small mini fridge and the handle was broken on it the toilet made a really high pitched noise when flushing it also the tissue box was empty an not refilled and the toilet paper before I got to the room also the pool and hot tub I think could use a good cleaning the breakfast was ok the first day but then the second day they didn't have biscuits and gravy an a couple other things also they didn't have juice which my kids were looking forward to having the biscuits and gravy and juice...

9.0The pool me an my kids enjoyed swimming an having fun together the hot tub would have been better if the jets worked the room was comfortable an plenty of room!!!

− Room was dirty, pool was closed and ic machine didn't work, lot of stuff dirty in hotel
