Maravilloso hotel mal insonorizado
6.0El personal super amable , dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, con mención especial a Shantal. El hotel es muy bonito y en una buena ubicación , pero muy mal insonorizado y más aún si te tocan unos vecinos de habitación que hablen alto ... olvídate de dormir. En nuestro caso , nos ayudaron a cambiar de habitación a la 1.30 de la madrugada. Cogimos una habitación de Luxe , preciosa con vistas al canal , pero mala insonorización.

10.0Sehr schön gelegen, sehr großes Zimmer. Wir hatten die Junior Suite. Tolle Lage. Schône Aussicht auf den Kanal.
− Wenn man eine Suite bucht und eine Kaffee Maschine mit Kapseln vorhanden ist, aber man auch auf Nachfrage nur löslichen Kaffee angeboten bekommt, ist das gerade für Italien schon sehr armselig. Den.ansonsten nahezu perfekten Eindruck damit zerstört dass man ein paar Euro an Kaffeekapseln gespart hat. Wir hätten wahrscheinlich auch im Supermarkt welche kaufen können, aber das habe ich dann auch nicht eingesehen.
Nice boutique hotel
8.0Shantal in reception was great. Hotel is quiet and room decent size. The decor is tasteful and things like beamed ceilings and muted earthy colour tones give the hotel a nice atmosphere and relaxing vibe. Like the Ahava toiletries.
− Would not have room 101 again. Too noisy outside. Also got bitten by a resident mosquito. Be good to have more English speaking movie channels and the ability to play Netflix Hair dryers too weak. A lady with long hair would struggle to dry it.
