A little disappointing
5.0The bed was comfty . The lift was slow but worked well. Hotel in a good location
− Comfty bed that was good. Rest of it was not the best. Balcony had scaffolding up , I felt a little uneasy going out there but at least there was air which was nice. The shower you had to hold off hook as it flooded everywhere. Should advertise with a nice A4 frame the internet in the reception but there was nothing there. And why just a coffee machine with pods!!some people like tea. !! Needs a good clean

3.0− Asiri konforsuzdu oldukca kucuktu asansoru cok kotu ve yavasti surekli ses vardi. Gece yatarken surekli insanlarin sesi geliyordu. Banyo konforsuzdu. Onermiyorum maalesef ve fiyat performans olarakta pahaliydi.

− Het was er niet schoon, de douche spoor alle kanten op, heel gehorig en de verlichting deed het niet. Veel herrie van buiten.
Excellent cost-benefit and great location
8.0The hotel is in an excellent location, which is its highlight in my opinion. It's an 8-minute walk from Leidseplein and it's very easy and convenient to explore the center from there. The room and bathroom had a great size and were very clean. The bed is always a sensitive matter for me, as I have a bad spine, but the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel also offers a 24-hour staff and an elevator (very rare in the center of Amsterdam). I found it to be an excellent cost-benefit.
− The only negative points were the extremely thin walls (you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside). The staff wasn't the friendliest, but they did their job.

Loved our time out there and would definitely consider staying again.
8.0Great location local to lots of interesting things to see and do, very polite and efficient staff and the beds are very nice and comfortable.
− Unfortunately the shower went everywhere when trying to use it but was still capable of getting clean and freshening up everyday.
