− Había ratones en la cocina,exigí que me cambiaran de apartamento ya que la solución que me dieron fue poner trampas,el apartamento que me pusieron fue peor que el primero,estaba todo el fregado lleno de cacharros sucios,una toalla colgada en la terraza del anterior inquilino,pis y papel en el water,cucarachas ,éramos tres personas y había un juego de toallas ,1 rollo de papel higiénico en la cocina,y tuve que dormir en el sofá sin que me dieran ni una sábana.La chica de recepción de la mañana me soltó que había una persona nueva en limpieza y que diría q si tenía tiempo pasaran a limpiar cosa que nunca sucedió,se puso hablar por tlf dejándome con la palabra en la boca.La persona de la tarde cuando le enseñé los vídeos del apartamento y que no habían hecho nada por solucionarlo quedó estupefacta .Su solucion ofrecerme quedarme unas horas mas el dia que me tenia que marchar ,evidentemente nunca vinieron a limpiar .La zona antes de entrar a la piscina que habia un billar y otra smaquinas estaban llenos de cucarachas tanto vivas como muertas .Tengo fotos y videos de todo .

4.0Son céntricos, su ubicación está muy bien y cerca de la playa. La piscina muy amplia y el personal que trabaja en ella muy amables.
− Nos pusieron en un apartamento de entrada un tanto anticuado, el sillón roto, al sentarse por un lateral te hundías. La cocina se sabe que es pequeña pero tendrían que renovarlas y modernizarlas, poner ventilación y tener en cuenta la presencia de insectos indeseados, ya sean 🐜 🪳 o otros como los que por desgracia nos tocó en nuestra estancia que no voy a nombrar, Muy muy desagradable. Tanto que para mí llega a ser insalubre. Para tener en cuenta que en casos así tienen que solventarlo en el momento o dar otros opciones en el mismo día. No dejar al huésped a la espera. No me gusta comentar negativamente, pero dado que es dinero que cuesta ganarse para disfrutar de unos días de descanso, me da pena decir que los alojamientos necesitan más cuidado y renovación.

− 1º añadiría un ventilador. 2º avisaría que para usar la piscina has de hacer un depósito de 20 euros que te devuelven el último día, pues necesitas una tarjeta que para entrar a la piscina que te la dan en recepción.
